I have been at Park Place since 12/06 and I love it. I cant believe the other complaints that I am hearing. Everybody is courteous and professional. I especially was suprised to hear complaints about Evita. She is extremely nice to me and is always acknowledging me by name and is always smiling. As far as the maintence department, they are very efficient and if they cannot come right away Chris (who by the way is very nice), will call me and let me know when they are coming out and will make sure if that time is okay. This is my third apartment complex that I have lived at and this one is the nicest. I especially like that fact that the dumpsters are far away. So what if you have to drive to it' I'd rather that, then some nasty garbage near my building. As far as bugs go, they are harmless and show me somewhere there are none. I just renewed my lease and will for sure be renewing it next year.

Haha... glad to hear that the staff always smiles for you. I don't have a problem with their attitudes, they just don't consistently follow through on things they say they are going to do for my apartment. Cool that you think it's normal to pay premium prices for a bug infested apartments too. Personally, I think that's insane but to each their own, right?

Its funny because they are pretty consistent with me. In fact because of there consistincy, I do not have a bad bug problem

I agree, the staff has its good days and the maintenance guys are great. But for apartments priced between $800 and $1100 a month, there should NEVER be a bug problem and the grounds should be kept up more than they are. It is nice to have the dumpster far away so that you dont smell trash, but it would definitely help if they emptied it more often. The smell still travels when people are forced to leave their trash outside of the dumpster because they did not have it emptied on time. And I agree with the other review about the pool. It is always dirty, the floor of it is cracking up and the hot tub never works. You have to jump a wall in order to get to the volleyball court. A little bit of work would go a long way with this community.
