My experience at Park Place Apartments has been pleasant. The maintenance staff are very friendly, and respond to needed repairs in a timely manner. The grounds are well groomed, and the pool area is well maintained. I feel very safe in this complex.

At least once per quarter there is a resident appreciation function at the club house for the residents of Park Place. Last month there was a pool party, and the evening was for adults complete with a DJ, food and adult beverages. They also offer various work out classes, and even have free breakfast every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have renewed my lease this fall.
