Anything good you have ever heard about this complex is a LIE! The apartments are infested with mice and bugs and the trash dumpster actually has RATS in and around it (hope the tenants got their tetanus shots!)
The services are a joke and the apartments are dingy, dirty and should go for $300 dollars per month.
Word of advice - LOOK AT YOUR ACTUAL APARTMENT BEFOR RENTING! DO NOT RENT OFF OF SEEING THE MODELS.
I USED MY 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND GOT OUT OF THERE!
