We thought this apartment would be great. But, it is not worth the money that we are paying. The covered parking is great, but the apt is always freezing! We are in a loft, and all the heat rises up to the bedroom. This makes the living room ice cold and the bedroom a sauna. If sweating during the night is not enough, the train seems to go by several times a night and early in the AM blarring it's horn. We are eager to move.
