I stumbled onto Tree Tops Apartments almost by accident, but when I saw the 1 bed, 1 bath "loft" floor plan I knew it was perfect!

Tree Tops is at 8 Mile & Novi Road, but even with a unit that faced 8 Mile I never had a problem with traffic noise, and the trees that surround the back of the complex combined with the stream gave me almost a rural setting minutes from all that downtown Novi, Northville and Livonia have to offer. You're a quick drive from 5th Ave, Lucky's, Emaigine, Mitchell's Fish Market, P.F. Chang's, 696, 275 and so much more.

There aren't a lot of frills at Tree Tops, shared washer and drier, no pool, but it's nice, it's clean, and the management is great. The apartments have thick walls and new fixtures, my apartment had Berber carpet. The utilities are reasonable about $5 a month for Consumers and $75 - $80 for DTE in the summer and $95 (consumers), $25 -30 (DTE) in the winter. AT&T U-verse is also available in the area so you have an alternative to Comcast.

I decided to move because it was time for a house, otherwise I'd have stayed at Tree Tops.
