Beachwalk is a great property for those who are getting started. Inexpensive rental rates. Great office staff and attentive maintenence "guys." Great lake access for water fun. Weight room has well kept machines.
No private entrance is the main drawback. Some buildings are better than others with regards to who lives in them. Some neighbors are absolutely horrible yet others are great, which goes with apartment living.
