There are plenty of goods for a GREAT price by living here. The lake is within walking distance with plenty of parks and sites surrounding the complex. Swimming pool and tennis courts are in good shape too.

Downside is that if you live off of the entrance road, you get a lot of motorcycle drive bys, which means that on a nice day you're shuttin you balcony door. Sound blockers would be nice.

Otherwise its quaint and great for the area.
