Great deal for a Novi address

1) Lots of kids
2) Little to no bass-thumping lowriders coming through
3) Minimal parking
4) Maintenance is quick, courteous, professional and they do it right the first time.
5) They got a workout room and tennis courts.
6) Office staff is friendly and helpful
7) FYI--This area has a lot of spiders crawling around.
