Really other than the horrible management, it's not too bad.

No private entrance.

You have to use Brighthouse cable, I should have realized something ahead of time when u of the people had Direct TV dishes outside however. The cable service is horrible.

The pool is nice, but the tennis courts are starting to crack.

The gym equipment is old and looks very used.

The windows are VERY drafty, and the apartment doors DO NOT seal very well. This ofcourse relates to Tremendously high electric bills (ours are $150 and we expedt it to be more on the next bill).

Spiders everywhere!!!! Please understand that when I say this, I MEAN IT!

Ive heard mice in the walls but havent seen any actual proof they have made it into the apartment.

Stay away from the apartments by the main road. Car and Bike noise is HORRIBLE.

Washer and dryer arent the best.

Kids are everywhere, very few have any respect for others.

Neighbors are so so, we have two that are horrible, very loud. Complaining has done nothing. The others are great.

The location is great!! And the price is good too! But you get what you pay for. We are looking for somewhere new for when our lease is up

I moved into Beachwalk 3 months ago, my electric bill has been no more than $20/month. I live in a 2 br and have alot of electronics too.

the first person is right, in the summer my electric bill has hit 200.00. I think I am air conditioning the outside hallway. I have to check it out why it is so high...
