First of all, the place is overrun by SPIDERS. The windows in the laundry room, and also at the entrances, are COVERED with cobwebs and it looks disgusting.
The laundry room is gross. The washing machine is always covered with grime--same with the floor.
I had mice in my apartment. Needless to say I was grossed out, but the management didn't seem to think it a big deal and gave me attitude when I wanted it taken care of.
The good thing about this apartment is the lake access. It's a nice area to build a fire at night or just sit and watch the lake. Pool is nice too, especially because it is heated!
Overall though, the place is generally dumpy looking, and is really the worst place I've lived in since I started renting 4 years ago.

Beachwalk is now under renovations--replacing the windows, siding, landscaping, lake property, pretty much everything! The whole community has a new feeling and looks great.

The renovations at Beachwalk are almost complete and it has been totally transformed. Most units have brand new washer and dryers, as well as total unit rehab. Community is great!
