Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I've lived at Beachwalk for 3 years and was surprised at it having any bad reviews. Management and maintenance are great. The new siding and windows are looking wonderful. The lake is the best part of living here. My apartment overlooks it and I'm not going to move until it's time to buy a house.
