Good place in general. But only if you have quiet non-smoking neighbors.

Current management does great job on my opinion - maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Price is acceptable for me. If you talk directly with the manager she really makes things rolling if you have problems or not happy about something. The best manager Ive seen (we lived in Muirwood, Farmington Hills, MI those are horrible). Be reasonable they are not almighty they are also limited in things they can do.

Like in all rental apartments all buildings are built very cheap. Pretty bad sound isolation our neighbor downstairs loves to listen to the music and we hear it especially the bases. Very annoying. Time to time she has sleepless drinking nights and we cannot sleep no matter how tired you are, constant boom-boom keeps you awake. She also smokes. And somehow the smoke finds its way to our ventilation system and whole apartments stinks immediately. We called management to complain and they sent letters asking to keep the music volume down to respect other people, but it would help for a day or two. We had to call the police to calm her down twice. After second call we got the report numbers from police and I informed the manager that it is becoming impossible and we will simply move out at the end of the lease. The manager wrote a note to the neighbor to let her know that if she doesnt show any improvement in behavior, then she is out in 7 days. This helped. The manager couldnt do anything about the smoking she said that it is really not forbidden to smoke in the apartment

Washing machines are so-so, like in every rental complex. Covered parking is extra, but fortunately just a little bit. Swimming pool is great I swam there until it is closed in the end of September. Gym is acceptable for basic exercising, I found myself reaching the limits of the weights in two weeks of intensive training. They also have tennis courts.

They have Watch us change poster they are renewing the complex. Unfortunately it is limited to siding replacement and painting. They buildings look nicer from outside, but thats it. I wish they could do something about sound isolation and ventilation.

Anyways, I would recommend this place, if you are lucky to have good neighbors.
