I'm in the process of selling a house and looking at apartments. My first impression from just looking at the buildings was "this place is a dump". i didnt bother looking at the insides of these buildings. This place needs some serious spruce up. I think i'd be depressed every day i walked out of one of those apartments.

80% of the building have brand new vinyl siding and brand new windows. The last 20% (6 buildings) is to be completed this spring 2006. Due to the winter, we had to wait for the weather to break. I am not sure what buildings you were looking at? In addition all the hallways will be renovated with new carpet, paint and apartment numbers. Our lake front just got a brand new sea wall, sand volleyball court and boat launch. Are you sure you were at Beachwalk Apartments???? There are no other apartment communities in the area that are the age we are putting in this much renovations. Please come see for yourself before you judge us on this review. I don't think it's proper to rate an apartment complex unless you've lived in it... What? You just took a look at the grounds and figured you knew as much as someone who'd lived there a year? I'm considering moving into Beachwalk (from Eagle Pond Townhomes) and this type of review is not helpful in any way...
