Pros: the rent is descent, the utilities don't cost that much, pool is nice, beach is nice, tennis courts are fun, maintenance will fix anything the same day or day after, it's a pretty safe area, there's a Starbucks CVS Little Ceasar's within walking distance, the lake is beautiful

Cons: the pool isn't heated (management refuses to heat the pool everyday), the workout room never gets cleaned so there is dried sweat over every piece of equipment (MRSA is a reasonable thing to think about), the walls are paper thin (expect to hear everything your neighbor does), expect lots of bugs to get into your apartment if you're on the ground floor, the driers like to cut out early a lot, the kitchen is TINY, the tub leaks onto the bathroom floor, the office workers routinely take an hour or longer break during business hours and completely close the rental office (lord knows they could take their breaks one after the other to keep the office open, but that would only make sense and be fair to their tenants who are paying them to keep the rental office open during business hours), if you renew your lease expect to pay $5 more a month, the "new" carpeting that you get in your apartment sheds and I mean SHEDS for the first couple of months, the windows are really draftly especially in the winter, parking can be a hassle at times, if you live on the ground floor expect to hear the ceiling creaking everytime your upstairs neighbors walk around their apartment, the hallway lights aren't set on a very good timer so it's hard to unlock your apartment door when it's pitch-black in the hallway


Overall, I'm sure there's better out there. The price is okay and you just have to take the pro's with the con's. I would recommend this place, but I would also say to look at a view more places before you move in here.
