I have lived at Beachwalk for 4 years. The management and maint. staff has been nothing but great and have gone out of their way to take care of everything. When you come in the office, they know who you are and have even dropped packages off to me after hours. I think that people that are complaining about noise don't understand that you are living in an apartment and are attached to your neighbors... Duh, you can hear your neighbors in every apartment. Our electric bill was normally around $40 in the winter. The summer was a little higher since I liked to run my A/C. The 2 bedroom is a good size for 2 people and the walk in closet in the master bedroom is very big. They have updated the community and it looks nice. Beautiful flowers in the summer! The rent is low and they pay for your heat. I think it's a great place to live for the location, price and paid heat.
