I've lived in the Beachwalk community since 2000, moving from one unit to another within. I find the Beachwalk Apartment complex one of the very best values for the money. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Maintenance staff is quick to remedy problematic situations and obviously concerned about tenant's concerns. They are one of the few complexes I've seen that are involved with their tenants, having get togethers, parties or outings at the inground heated pool and clubhouse from time to time. The entire complex has had new roofing, vinyl siding and landscaping put in during the past two years, not to mention a complete make-over on the beach with fire pit, sand volleyball and complimentary chaise lounge & table with chairs. When I consider and look at the workout facility, sauna, tennis courts and the size of the grounds, paired with the rest of the amenities I get, I am very happy resident. The apartments I have seen in the surrounding cities have less than half the benefits of Beachwalk and are always $1200 more per year.
