You can hear your neighbors use the bathroom

Seriously. I guess the bathroom ventalation systems are all connected, because you can hear everything (yes, everything) that goes on in the bathroom above/below you. Not to mention smell, which is wonderful if your neighbors smoke (ours do, so we keep the bathroom door closed). The walls are pretty much paper thin as well - I can hear my neighbors phone ring pretty easily in our bedroom.
Bottom line is that these were nice apartments when we moved in an d the complex was only half full. Now that it's getting full, be prepared to live with the noise your nieghbors make. At least we know them all, so they're at least considerate, but paper thin walls can only do so much.
