Although the Brownstones appear to be "luxury" living accomodations, they are anything but...
Extremely poor construction means you will enjoy living with "all" of your neighbors "all" the time. Enjoy hearing sumo wrestlers walking on your head' This is the place for you! How about HVAC systems that sound like military aircraft' Then you'll love the wide selection of engine types running at the Brownstones.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend living here.
