When we moved here in 2001, things seemed great. It was managed by a different organization at that time, and just recently opened for occupancy. Since then though, things have changed dramatically. Maintenance has no respect for privacy. They will tell you they are will be entering your unit on a certain day, then for some reason, they will come in three days later; unexpectedly! No class!
Paper thin walls and poor insulation are just a few of the "added benefits" to these units. Very poor construction overall. The windows still leak during heavy rains or spring thaws. There are much better places to live...keep looking.
