It's not the best place to live and its not the worst.....

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I am in the 3 bed room apartment so I am on an upper level. The people below me I do not hear. I only hear the neighbors to one side of me when they play music. And believe me it shakes everything in my apartment. The furnice and a/c is EXTREMELY loud because they are located in the living room. I don't have too many complaints. But I think for $1500/ month I deserve better.
