I think the Brownstones can definitely make some improvements as far as wall paint, noise, etc goes. But overall, I had a pleasant stay for a year at these apartments, with very few complaints.

I left right after Singh Management took over, so I don't know if it's better now... the old management was excellent though.

I definitely recommend the Brownstones to anyone looking for an apartment in Novi. Beware of Dragon though.... that's one of the leasing consultants working there.. and yeah, his real name is Dragon... rightly so!!
