Well in living here for 3 years now. Things seem to be getting better. I havenot seen any mice and hope now too. Hopefully they won't make it to the second floor. But bugs inthe summer is a different story. When you want to open your windows, theres these things with a million legs that get all over the place. When this place was first built, who was the designer, stairs, stairs and more stairs. In other reviews the utilities are getting higher like everything else. My gas bill was 125.00 last month, electric 70.00,just for a one bedbroom, the cold air does come right thru the windows I use curtains to block the air flow, but that does not make up for the cold air that whirls around the stairwell and front door. Last year sidewalks were made on the main road, why do people park on them, I thought they were for people to walk on, Right, and why to people park in the fire lane don't ask me, to much trouble to walk a few extra feet. People slow down thru here it's not the Daytona 500, your mail isn't going any where. But overall, this place is not that bad, slowly you can see changes being made.
