We have lived here almost 1 year. Aside from a few minor problems (broken smoke detector, broken washer, shorted out light switch, ) - everything else has been decent. There was an issue with stairs to the front of the units crumbling this past winter. This was probably due to chemicals in the de-icer. My other gripe is during the winter months the snow removal is done to early in the morning 2AM. after heavy snow fall. Location is decent (40 min. from airport, 30 min. from the palace with shortcuts). The grounds are kept up very nice. In all fairness I would say our maintance request are handle in a timely manor. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
