The construction is horrible and not worth half of what they charge. I can hear my neighbors talk, watch tv, even use the bathroom! You can imagine what else I can hear as well. I am so miserable here. My utility bills are through the roof because the insulation is so poor. Last night I found a mouse in my apartment. A MOUSE! And I am an extremly clean person! I can complain the managment all I want, it's not their fault they can't fix it. The current management team bought out this dump, they didn't know what it was like. This place is awful. My gas bill (for a 1 bedroom with den) last month was 152$ ! This is an apartment community, not a house. That bill is outrageous. I will not be signing my lease, I will not recommend these apartments to anyone, I will never live here again. Take note, these apartments may grab you in with the classy look-they got me that way too. But you will be utterly miserable here. Looks are deceiving and this place is a wolf in sheep's clothing!

Boy, you can hear your neighbors when they WHISPER! And accounting what kind of people live there, I would not be surprised to see a snake.
