Glorified Slum, Lying management, sick lease terms

The biggest problem I had there was the lying management who would not hesitate a second to lie to you.
When I signed the lease, the management guy lied to us that the community was quiet and they would take care of troublemakers. That turned B.S. The sound isolation in the units is non-existent: you can hear people above and on the sides even when they whisper. There is a drummer who keeps drumming with open windows whole days, nobody would do anything to that guy. When another neighbor started throwing loud parties the management told us they don't want to handle this and we have to work with the police.
Read lease papers carefully: the management tells you one thing, the paper states something totally different. When we signed up, the management told us we just had to give a 30 days notice to leave. They did not mention that the move out had to be exactly at the LAST DAY of the month. Which is a criminal way to get your money: they do prorate rent when you move in, but they force you to pay to the end of the month when you move out, even when you give a 59 days notice.
The management lied to us that they were going to take care of transferring utilities accounts to their name. We believed them but then we got bills from the utility companies dated after our documented move out day. The management guy named Dragan, the Liar in Chief told us he was going to arrange the calls but lied and the utility companies sent us to collection. We had to send faxes to the utility companies with the proof of our move out day and still had to pay a few of those bills. Another criminal way to squeeze another dollar from you.
Their central office is not better. They are rude, unhelpful, abusive.

I've seen some interesting opinions, but yours is by far the lamest! I have lived here for nearly 2 years and haven't encountered a fraction of your "problems". Get over yourself! You sound like a child throwing a temper tantrum! Anyone with half a brain reads their lease PRIOR to signing. In regards to your utilities, it is the renters responsiblilty to ensure that these services are turned on before your move-in date. Hey, doesn't it says so on the application?!? Let me guess, is it THEIR fault that you neglected to read that too...
