HORRIBLE SERVICE - STAY AWAY

I put down a deposit on what was supposed to be a "brand new" 2-bedroom unit.
I ended up with a unit that had been previously leased for 6 months. It was covered with dog hair (which became apparent after living in the unit for a week). Given my severe pet allergies, I asked the management company to move me to a "brand" new unit like I was promised. They refused to switch units at the same rental price.
This is a dishonest management company. They can not show you the brand new pristine "model" unit and lease an older unit under false pretenses. Especially when they don't clean the carpets.
Considering breaking the lease. Will probably lose the deposit in the process. Dishonest/Horrible experience with management company (especially the leasing agent named Rostic).
Save your money and go to an apartment complex that delivers what they promise. Especially for these prices!!!

Rusty no longer works here. And the carpets are replaced or like new when every new person moves in.
