Shop around.....nothing special here.

I recently moved into Central Park Estates. The cost of rent is very high. You would pay less money to own your own condo. If you're lucky like I am, you can be on the second floor and have a neighbor beneath you who opens their garage door fifteen times a day. The noise is incredible since my living room is above the garage. One concern I have is that people allow their dogs to go to the bathroom wherever they want, and they don't always clean up after the animal. Also, the security gates are not working and haven't since I moved into the complex. The "cafe" by the pool is always out of food and isn't much of a cafe at all. The computers in the business center are always in use. It would be better to give each person an hour time limit so others can use the computers too. The paint on my walls is very light colored, spotty and shows marks everytime you brush against it. Traffic is very bad on Beck Rd. Parking is adequate. The workout room is decent, and the locker rooms are clean.
