I moved in to Central Park Estates while the complex was still under construction and only 75% completed. I had to break my lease just 3 weeks after I moved in becasue my Dad passed away from cancer.
Although the leasing manager stated she had a "waiting list" for one bedroom apartments, she still made me pay a penalty of $2400 to break the lease.
I signed the lease in good faith. Obviously the manager could have used her discretion and easily re-rented the apartment from her waiting list.
Central Park decided to enforce a $2400 penalty for my moving out after my Dad passed away.
I should have gone to court.
Legally Central Park Estates had to re-rent my apartment after I moved out. Obviously it would have been re-rented from the "waiting list," and obviously they can't charge two parties for rent at the same time for the same apartment.
Having just lost my dad from cancer, going to court was the last thing on my mind. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I am a resident and I will attest to the fact that this place does not make any special considerations. It is all about the money, and not such a nice place to live. Unless you enjoy the gossipy staff and pulling your own weeds around your apartment. I can't wait until my lease is up.
