Find another place to live....don't go here.

Central Park Estates is very appealing from the outside. Once you move in you will find the friendliness of the office staff disappears, the townhomes are cheaply built, and the fees add up one after another. If you do decide to live here, understand that your Pet Deposit is actually a Pet Fee. It is non-refundable. You are basically paying this fee just to have the pet. If the pet does any damage, you must pay damages on TOP OF the pet fee. You are lead to believe when you sign that it is a deposit and damage will come out of it. Rather than a respected guest, you are treated as an annoying renter by the office staff. I would go elsewhere.
