Central Park is a beautiful place. It is brand new and we as original renters want it to stay that way. We do not mind the pets that are allowed, but the owners should not be lazy in cleaning up after them and should take precautions in making sure they do not damage the homes or gounds. The staff here is on top of this issue. I made a complaint and it was addressed immediately. The staff have all been here over a year and that is great for an apaprtment. I have met the owner and he has very high expectations for his staff and they are very dedicated to thier property. If you are looking for a newer home in the Novi area, this is the "it" place to live. I am very happy here and I have great neighbors.
