We have lived here for almost a year and plan to stay a few more while we save up for a house. The clubhouse etc...is clean, great workout room with a playroom for the kids if you need to bring them along. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub and a wading pool for the kids. The apartments are new and beautiful and it is carefree living. The landscaping/snow removal is tops and the maintenance guys are great and quick to respond if you need something.

If you don't clean up after your pet and/or let your pet trash your apartment then you are going to have to pay...and rightfully so.

As for the cost, we pay $1600 a month, see what a $1600/month mortgage will by you...a 1200 square foot house that is at least 10 years old and needs updating.

I hope this helps anyone who is looking for a nice place in a great elementary school zone.
