Apartment was clean, neutrally decorated, and spacious enough. Would have preferred a separate living room, as the dishwasher and washing machine are noisy. Fittings and decoration are done to a cheap standard, not hotel class but acceptable if you are careful. Well appointed with washer, dryer, basic cooker etc. Would have been nice to have an outside tap to wash the car. Having the garage was great. Clubhouse is good, with gym and outside pool. Pity the pool has a fountain, which cools the water like a power station water tower so that even in the height of summer the water never gets warm. Plants and bushes outside the door were minimal and I had to weed them myself. Grass cutting and snow clearing was provided, snow cleared very quickly. Drives painted this year, shame they just painted over them instead of digging them up, putting in foundations to stop the ruts caused by weight of cars. Biggest niggle is the noise. Can hear the heavy thumping of the tenant above (not light footed) and voices and tv from next door. Ask to view in the evening and if possible ask someone to go next door and request the TV to be turned on to hear for yourself. Very cheaply built with wooden framing between apartments, not blocks or concrete between walls or floors. Only recommend if you are not sensitive to noise. Staff have been helpful on the one or two occasions I needed help.
