I recently moved out of Central Park Estates. The only reason I moved is because my employer relocated me to Ohio. I lived there for 3 years and think that the only people who go on this site are the ones who have has a negative experience. You don't see the other 250 people that are quite happy with Central Park Estates on here. They are almost 100% occupied too, so it can't be as bad as the previous reviews make it out to be. My apartment was very spacious. I never heard my neighbors. I had lots of storage between the garage and all the closets. The fireplace gave off enough heat to keep the apartment warm. The high ceilings and the huge windows let in tons of light. The sidewalks around the property were great for walking my dog. I found out before I moved they even had nature trails. The clubhouse has everything. I could tan, workout and sit in the hot tub by just walking 15 feet to the clubhouse. They have a business center that is open all night if you need to print something or your interent service goes down for some reason. The property is landscaped really well. My friend lives in Main Street and everytime I drive through there I think wow, my place looks ten times better! The office staff has changed a few times since I have been there but every person has been competent and very courteous. Maintenance is great! I think the property was built in 2005 and it still seems new. If I move back to Michigan, I am moving back to Central Park!
