I honestly cannot figure out where that last person was coming from. Not only do I live in Fountain Park, I also make my living locating apartments for people. I have been very happy in this apartment. I've never had any of the problems that I have heard this person make. Also at least 8 of my clients live in this property and they have all had great experiences. The comment about New York apartments being the same cost but better was cute-but I know exactly what apartments cost in New York and I've had the pleasure of seeing some, this person obviously has no idea of what she is speaking about. Only one comment rang true. Yes, I've seen a baby skunk running around. However, it only comes out at night and runs away when it sees people. Maybe this person's son was harrassing it. I am very happy at Fountain Park and highly recommend it to my clients. Obviously they agree with me, because they have rented and reported excellent experiences.
