So far I am pleased with my decision to move into this complex. I moved in two months ago and I've had a good experience. My calls for service have been answered and the maintenence guys have been very professional. I am also happy w/ my price. The complex doesn't have a gym or anything like that, but the location is good and I like the fact that it doesn't draw a lot of loud obnoxious people. I lived in Brownstones before this and I spent almost twice the ammount of rent for an apartment where I could hear my neighbor pee. I couldn't even hear when my new neighbor moved in here. Needless to say, if things continue like this I'll renew my lease.
