My name is Katy Wyner and I am an apartment locator who has lived in Fountain Park. My career is focused on helping clients find apartments and I have been to each apartment community in Farmington Hills, Novi, Northville and Wixom countless times. My experience at Fountain Park was wonderful. Of course there will always be a person or two who is unhappy in any situation, but having the experience that I do with apartments, I chose to live at Fountain Park above all others. The property is small and feels very private. The trees surrounding the back assist in a nice secluded feeling. The apartment was very quiet. I rarely heard my neighbors. The clientele is typically very quiet. It was a very rare occurrence when noise was an issue. My husband and I were comfortable taking walks around the property. We lived in a second floor unit and my only "peeve" was the size and coloring of the kitchen. However, the property made up for it by adding cute little extras such as screen doors (the only property in Novi to have them), heat lamps in the bathroom, and a built-in microwave (also rare). Service requests were always answered promptly. My husband, who was a full time Law School student was able to study very well in the apartment with few distractions. Overall, I give this property the best rating possible. I have lived in many other properties and I advertise for hundreds of local properties. I chose this one because although it's a bit dated-it's quiet and reliable like a well-oiled machine. Am I a bit biased' Yes, because I had a wonderful experience there and knew of many others who have too. I have confidently referred many clients to Fountain Park and will continue to do so because my own experience was so good. Those clients have contacted me during their stay and have confirmed my opinions. Fountain Park is worth the price and the dated look. It's well taken-care of and a peaceful secure place to come home to.

I would say it has been a while since you have lived in Fountain Park. It used to be much nicer, and the office staff was much more efficient, helpful and responsive. The staff is totally different. Maintenance staff is good.
