I saw the last review and I want to respond to it. I am a current resident of Fountain Park, I signed my first lease in March of 2005 and I have continued signing leases since.

The fact that my biggest complaint is the outdated kitchen is a really good sign. Other than that, I am most upset by the people from the upscale condos/apartments next to Fountain Park walking their dogs into our complex and letting them poop on the grass.

The manager is nice, but she does seem a bit spaced out. However I have never had any problems so why complain' The last person who left a review here seemed as if they didn't really know how to rent an apartment. I've rented five since graduating from college. And at each one, I called back to ask if my application was accepted. I guess I just don't feel like waiting until an office girl has time to call me back. And it's always worked for me. It's pro-active so why just wait for them'

I really do agree with the People's Award that the property received. They have a sign in the front of the property showing it. I've lived in Citation Club, the Springs, River Oaks West, and Park Place of Northville. Fountain Park was the least updated, it has the fewest ammenties but it is the quietest place I've ever lived.

An apartment is an apartment. You are going to have someone mad no matter what you do. I guess I'm just one of the happier tennants but I've lived in complexes much more luxurious than this (like River Oaks West) and I've had the best experience with the most quality here. Everything is fixed when I need it. The buildings are kept up well. Two years ago they painted all the signs red and it freshened everything up. Last year they added park benches and I think they are cute. I've never used them-but they look nice.

So think what you want, I guess. Personally I'll keep on resigning my lease until I can afford a condo. Anyway, I took this photo while during my morning jog today-hope it helps!
