I lived at Highline Club for a year, and couldn't wait to get out. When I moved in, I had bugs, stopped up plumbing and leaks. Stupidly thought these (among other problems would be fixed) It took months to convince anyone to even acknowledge that there were problems. Most of the time I was told that there was nothing wrong. There was a new management company that sent out letters and questionnaires and seemed interested, but still calls go unanswered and problems left unresolved. Doesn't matter if it seems like a good deal. Don't do it.
