I would NOT recommend living here.
Before the new marketing company took over it was an OK place to live. After that I had nothing but hassles until I moved out. It seemed like I was being pimped on everything.
*For the last 6 months I was charged late fees that were not correct and yet they never fixed their accounting system.
*I was offered fresh paint and carpet cleaning as part of a one year lease renewal in year 3. No expiration was denoted on the offer and I thought I had confirmed that it would apply before I left but my deposit return says different.
*Maintenance is slow. I waited 6 months for the ceiling to be partially repaired after a water heater leak in the upstairs apartment. TWICE.
*I was never informed when someone would be entering my apartment for routine maintenance. To be fair, I was informed and consent was required when I requested maintenance. Seems backwards to me but...
*Construction activities could start at any time without warning, such as roof replacement. And, they'll use your electricity to run their air compressor all day. And, they'll work early mornings on weekends right outside your window to make sure you're up at the crack of dawn.
*Spider and insect control will be a part of your life. The cement slab under the carpet in the downstairs apartments is always wet and they are always breeding. Roly-polys, earwigs, meal bugs, at least 5 different spider breeds and who knows whatelse. Even had mice through the utility tunnel for awhile.
You couldn't pay me to live there again.
