I'm counting the days till I can leave this dump. I've been ready to go since the first month after I moved in. Management does not know how to run an apartment building and the maintenance staff needs to take lessons on basic maintenance (you might as well forget the big problems). I've had to pay for and do my own repairs on quite a few things because they couldn't or wouldn't do them. They treat you like you're stupid when they act like they have fixed some problem. It's like they don't know you have two eyes to see that the problem has not been fixed. I've been waiting on one problem to be fixed sinse the middle of December...guess it won't be fixed. I fill sorry for the next person to move in here, they will have the same problems. Don't even count on snow removal, the people that they have doing that is a joke. You'll have to shovel yourself out so you can go to work in the morning. Forget about the pond - you can't get to it. Managment has spent ALOT of money to fix the office up but they have done nothing for the apartments. When I called the office to have things fixed they were very rude to say the least. When I moved in (less than a year ago) they promised a fitness room...I'm still waiting. You couldn't use the pool because of the office remodeling so that was a waste. I hope you like bugs because you'll have them here.
I've lived in alot of different apartments over the last 22 years but I've never lived in such a joke of a place as this.
Just over one month to go and this place will be history.
