This place is the worst apartment I have ever rented at. If you are going to move here, make sure you live on the second floor. I'm on the first floor and let me tell you, there is an unacceptable level of noise coming from the second floor in Building 9. All night long, all I hear are people talking, being intimate and walking around. If you want to your neighbor to hear you while you talk to you kid, flush your toilet or sing in the shower, move in to this place. When I complained about the level of noise on my SECOND DAY in the apartment and asked to be moved to a second floor apartment, I was told that I was just "overly sensitive", they did not have any second floor apartments available, and there have never been any noise issues. Apparently because they ignore the noise issues. There are a lot of spiders and bugs in my apartment. The management people talk to you like you are the one having the stuck-on-stupid day while doing nothing to address issues. If you move in, at best, the neighbors will be inconsiderate, the management rude, and maybe your door handles will stay on or the wind won't blow your bolted door open in the middle of winter. The pool and fitness center always seem to be unavailable to the tenants. This place says "luxury" but I obviously have a different take on what that means. At the very least you'd think the cabinet doors would line up evenly. I can't even be sarcasticly optismistic and call this place charming. It sucks. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU LIKE TO SLEEP OR IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND. This place does not meet the lowest level of expections. And if you live in the back of a building, forget about coming home late at night: it is very poorly lit.
