I've lived at this complex for two years. My lease is coming up and I'm planning on re-signing. I've lived in complexes for about six years now and I think that a lot of people expect things they don't get. My apartment is very roomy for an apartment. In college I lived in a studio near EMU that was much smaller than this. I like they worked with my credit even though I had my student loans. I like having my washer and dryer in the apartment and not in a basement and it's nice to have a bedroom this big. Maybe people expect resort living and want to come home to something fabulous. This place is fine for the money you pay. If you want more, pay more. I'd rather pay less than a house payment and just have a normal apartment. I guess I don't get the whole bug issue that everyone is talking about here. I've lived here for two years and I don't have a single bug. I keep my place clean, and I get it sprayed every few months so maybe that's why. Anyway, I plan on resigning. I've had no problems so I see no reason to pack up and move.
