I have read all the complaints about the complex. I have had some issues...and bugs no matter where you live you have bugs and you have to spray. I have never had an issue when something was not working and needed to be fixed. Yes the walls are thin and most apartments they are...I have read where people have heard there neighbors being intimate. Cant say that has happen to me, I do hear my neighbors walk around and like I said in most apartments you do...I haven't had any problems with anyone in the leasing office. They all have been pretty pleasant. With that said no apartment complex is going to totally prefect.
