I really enjoy the size of the apartment. I have an upstairs unit and it is quite warm, but once you go down the stairs it is freezing and drafty. I don't know how people can survive in ground floor apartments. There are some bugs but nothing major, every place has them.

If we have a problems maintenance is very quick to respond. I haven't dealt with the office staff as much as my roommate but she doesn't complain. The lady that we signed our lease with was not as friendly as the other office staff, but nothing too awful.
