Not too impressed

Where to begin. I won't emphasize the low-grade construction, paper-thin walls, and stain-absorbing surfaces of these apartments, since it's a pretty standard thing to expect when renting these days. However, for the price point, Main Street seems to go above and beyond what most people would be used to. Inherent 'features' include the most inefficient HVAC layout I've ever seen with a furnace upstairs to make the temperature differential between the two floors 25 degrees with the driest air you could imagine upstairs as a result, and a difference in bedroom/closet sizes that would leave potential roommates arguing that one should pay 7/8 of the rent. I may just be a lucky person, but included in my individual apartment was a doorbell that doesn't work, a broken garage door, and washing machine that makes your place sound like a machine shop. To top it off, I feel like I live in a prison. Very bitter residents that demand you don't so much as have a conversation in your apartment after 9 p.m. All in all a great place''..if it were to cost $300 a month.
