I acutally just moved out last week. My husband and I always paid our rent about 1 week early every month, adn we would get "late fees" every time becuase they had a new computer system that didn't work. and it eventually got corrected, but only because I called and called and called. It took 3 months for this to get corrected even though management said they had handled it the very 1st month. The mgt has no follow-thru, and when you come to sign the lease, they try and bait and switch you into signing a 14 month lease.

Also, make sure that when you're ready to move out, you put that in writing 2 months in advance, otherwise, they'll charge you. This didn't happen to us, but a good friend of ours had to pay an extra month because of this.

Also, if you have someone living on top of you, you can hear their every move. Also, the bars are kind of close and in the summer, you can hear them.

This place isn't worth the $1200 /month you'll have to spend.
