I'm a relatively new resident (June 2005), but my experience so far have been wonderful. I love the 2-car garage and the WINDOWS! There is so much natural light in my apartment - BEAUTIFUL! I am a bit irritated with my neighbors...apparently, they feel as though they can store their vehicles in front of my apartment and block the walkway. You will encounter discourteous people regardless where you reside! Maintenance and Manangement staff have been very helpful and friendly. I keep hearing wonderful things about the holiday celebrations that take place within the community and the city of Novi. Can't wait! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
