I wouldnt live here again if they paid me too.The staff are a bunch of liars.LOTS of bugs every year.Building falling apart.Horrable loud neighbors(management wont do anything about).It backs factories that work around the clock and smells of weldind.(cant open windows cause of welding smell).And dont forget the train that runs about 10 times throughout the night.But the management are bunch of liars and dont help the tenants at all if you can ever catch them at the office.

The curb appeal at Main Street is great until you walk up to them, and the cheap repairs they make look exactly as stated cheap poor quality materials. The office treats the residents as if they are doing them a favor, can you imagine that!!, and blames the maintenance crew for everything. This used to be a nice property until the beginning of this year or so, now the maintenance very seldom answer ontime. That is what made me not sign a lease renewal. And they raise rates extremly high, yet let trashy people who seem to leave in the middle of night before they ever pay a dime for rent just to get apartments rented it seems pay very cheap monthly rental fees. You would think they would want to keep residents who pay every month ontime. This place has really gone downhill. We lived in phase 2, I would not dream of living in phase one, it is starting to look Ghetto. They need to update their gym, if that is what you want to call it. All equiptment is very old, or does not work. During the summer, tons of people from the local bars come and jump the gates of the pools, as well as anyone else who desides to, other local apartments etc. Not to mention 3 times my child's bike has been stolen and we found it in phase one back by the woods. Beware stay away, I could go on and on, most of my neighbors are also leaving this year, that tells you quite a bit!!
