I cant believe people would pay that much to live in a industrial backed community

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I can say I live in phase 2 for years now because I signed a long lease.I pay alot for it.It seemed nice at first but then went downhill.The gym is a joke if it works the machines are older than me 30 yrs.The buildings are falling apart.The smell of factories behind the community are constant and theres a train that you will have to get used to all hours of the night.The one thing about this place is POOR MANAGEMENT THEY LIE!!!Cant park no where loud neighbors icy sidewalks not plowed half the time CANT WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!
