I would advise anyone interested in this development to steer clear. Do not be fooled by the pleasant appearance. The management is terrible. They are not helpful, I've had numerous issues come up and they have been completely useless... You can not break your lease (would have cost 4,000 total
you can not sublease
They will not let you stay a day late or move in a day early
The local office can't fill out a simple 10 question form for a new landlord so will be stuck dealing with the corporate office which apparently has also hired useless staff.
The entire community is asian, as well as the workers in the office. Not that I'm racist by any means but it makes it difficult to speak with "Elle" when you can barely understand you and vice versa.
I have lived multiple places and have never experienced management that is so unwilling to accomadate their tenants.
This apartment is not worth the price. In case you haven't noticed this is NOT downtown Chicago. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
